A hidden supply line leak in a second-floor bathroom migrated down through the floorboards, causing severe water damage to the main-floor kitchen ceiling below. The prolonged moisture exposure compromised the ceiling drywall and caused extensive cupping across the surrounding continuous hardwood flooring.

Our team removed unsalvageable ceiling drywall, replaced it, and seamless-painted the ceilings back to pristine condition. Rather than patch-repairing the floor, OnPoint sanded, stained, and refinished the hardwood floors continuously throughout the entire space for a flawless finish. Capitalizing on the necessary restoration scope, the client partnered with us to upgrade their kitchen. This resulted in a fully modernized space complete with new luxury countertops, custom backsplash tile, updated hardware, and modern high-end appliances.
